Overview
Tello IAM provides 2 exportable reports: the Users Report and the Audit Report. Both export as CSV files and can be opened in any spreadsheet application. Reports are available at any time and provide a point-in-time record of access state and platform activity.
Navigate to Reports in the left navigation to access both reports.
Users Report
The Users Report is a CSV export of User access data across the platform. It includes assigned Role Templates, Team memberships, and permissions across all connected integrations for each User.
Use the Users Report for:
- Access reviews — a structured, exportable record of what every User is provisioned for, suitable for sharing with HR, security teams, or auditors
- Compliance documentation — evidence of the current access state at a specific point in time
- Onboarding and offboarding verification — confirm that a User's access reflects their current role or has been fully removed
The report can be scoped to a Team or exported for all Users.
To export the Users Report:
- Navigate to Reports.
- Under Users Report, apply any filters if a specific Team is needed.
- Select Download Report. The file downloads as a CSV.
Audit Report
The Audit Report is a CSV export of platform activity and significant access changes over a selected time range. The default range is the last 30 days.
Use the Audit Report for:
- Post-incident review — following a security incident or unauthorized access event, the Audit Report provides a structured timeline of what changed and when
- Offboarding verification — confirm that all access was removed for a departed User within a defined window
- Scheduled compliance reviews — a periodic export of platform activity for internal or external audit requirements
To export the Audit Report:
- Navigate to Reports.
- Under Audit Report, set the desired time range.
- Select Download Report. The file downloads as a CSV.
Note: The Audit Report covers activity within the selected date range only. For a real-time, interactive log of all operations, use Change History, which is searchable and filterable directly in the platform.
