Learn How to Connect the Monday Integration
Published Date: June 8, 2026 | Last Updated: July 2, 2026
Overview
The Monday.com integration connects Tello IAM to your monday.com account using SCIM provisioning. The connection requires your monday.com subdomain and a SCIM API Token generated from the monday.com administration area.
Before connecting
The Administrator completing this setup must have Admin access to the monday.com account. SCIM provisioning is available on the monday.com Enterprise plan.
Step 1: Generate a provisioning token in monday.com
- Sign in to monday.com as an Admin and open the Administration area, or navigate directly to
https://<subdomain>.monday.com/admin. - In the left navigation, select Security, then Authentication. The Security & authentication settings page opens.
- Expand the Manage users and teams remotely (SCIM) section.
- Under Provisioning information, select Generate. The Provisioning token field populates with a bearer token.
- Select Copy next to the Provisioning token field and save the token value.
Note: The Provisioning URL displayed alongside the token is not required by Tello IAM. Tello constructs the connection from your subdomain automatically. monday.com also recommends adding a default automation owner when managing users remotely via SCIM.
Step 2: Connect Monday.com in Tello IAM
- Navigate to Integrations in the left navigation.
- Select + Add Integration.
- Search for Monday.com and select Add.
- Enter the monday.com subdomain in the Subdomain field. This is the first segment of the account URL — for example,
mycompanyfrommycompany.monday.com. - Enter the provisioning token in the SCIM API Token field.
- Select Test Connection to verify the credentials. A Connection successful confirmation will appear if accepted.
- Select Connect. The integration appears on the Integrations page and an initial sync begins automatically.
Verify the connection
After the initial sync completes, confirm the following on the Integrations page:
- The Monday.com integration displays a status of
Active - A sync timestamp is present and reflects the completed sync
- User records on the Users page display detected monday.com permissions in the Access column
Reauthorizing the connection
If the Monday.com integration loses authorization, it will display an error on the Integrations page. To reauthorize, generate a new provisioning token in the monday.com administration area, then select the integration row in Tello IAM, select Configure, and enter the new token.
